Enquiries and contact
When you request a quote, we receive the contact details, property information and optional photographs you provide. We use these to assess the work, respond to you and arrange a service if you choose to book. Please avoid sending access codes, identity documents or photographs of people.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries are stored in our private operations system and are available to authorised administrators. Our hosting, storage and email providers process information to operate these services. Enquiry photos are stored privately; they are not published on the website.
Campaign information
If you arrive using a campaign link, its source, medium and campaign label may be included with your enquiry so we can understand where enquiries come from. These labels do not need your name or contact details. We also use limited request information to protect the form from automated abuse.
Cookies and optional analytics
The public website does not require analytics cookies to send an enquiry. If optional Google Analytics is configured, we ask before loading it. You can reject optional cookies or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Analytics events describe page visits and contact actions; form text, contact details and photos are not sent as analytics events.
The staff portal uses separate sign-in cookies to protect access to the operations system.
Keeping information
We keep enquiry information for responding to and following up your request. If you become a customer, relevant details form part of our service records. Contact us to discuss the information we hold or request its correction or deletion.
